
多(duo)介質(zhi)過濾器(qi)(又稱機械過濾器(qi))是以(yi)成層狀的無煙煤、砂、細碎的石榴石或(huo)其(qi)他(ta)材料為床層,一個典型的多(duo)介質(zhi)過濾器(qi)。
床的(de)頂層(ceng)由最輕和(he)(he)最粗(cu)品級的(de)材料組成(cheng),而(er)(er)最重和(he)(he)最細(xi)品級的(de)材料放在床的(de)低部。其原理為按深(shen)度過(guo)濾(lv)--水中較(jiao)大(da)的(de)顆粒在頂層(ceng)被(bei)去除,較(jiao)小的(de)顆粒在過(guo)濾(lv)器介(jie)質的(de)較(jiao)深(shen)處被(bei)去除。從(cong)而(er)(er)使水質達到粗(cu)過(guo)濾(lv)后的(de)標(biao)準。
設備是壓力式的,其原(yuan)理是當原(yuan)水(shui)自上而(er)(er)下(xia)(xia)通過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料時(shi),水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)懸(xuan)浮物(wu)由于吸附和機械(xie)阻流作用被(bei)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)層(ceng)表面(mian)截留下(xia)(xia)來;當水(shui)流進濾(lv)(lv)(lv)層(ceng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間時(shi),由于濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料層(ceng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的砂粒(li)排列的更緊密,使水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)微粒(li)有(you)更多(duo)的機會與砂粒(li)碰撞,于是水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)凝絮物(wu)、懸(xuan)浮物(wu)和砂粒(li)表面(mian)相互粘附,水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)雜質(zhi)截留在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)料層(ceng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),從而(er)(er)得到澄(cheng)清的水(shui)質(zhi)。經過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)后的出水(shui)懸(xuan)浮物(wu)可在5毫克/升以下(xia)(xia)。新疆過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)設備
