
多介質過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(又(you)稱機(ji)械過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi))是以成層狀的無煙(yan)煤(mei)、砂、細碎的石(shi)榴石(shi)或其(qi)他材(cai)料(liao)為床層,一個典(dian)型的多介質過濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)。
床的(de)(de)(de)頂層(ceng)由最(zui)(zui)輕(qing)和(he)最(zui)(zui)粗(cu)品級的(de)(de)(de)材(cai)料組成,而最(zui)(zui)重和(he)最(zui)(zui)細品級的(de)(de)(de)材(cai)料放在床的(de)(de)(de)低(di)部。其原理為按深度過(guo)濾--水中較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)顆粒在頂層(ceng)被(bei)去除,較(jiao)小的(de)(de)(de)顆粒在過(guo)濾器介質的(de)(de)(de)較(jiao)深處(chu)被(bei)去除。從而使水質達到粗(cu)過(guo)濾后的(de)(de)(de)標準。
設(she)備是壓力(li)式的,其(qi)原理是當原水(shui)(shui)(shui)自上而下通過濾(lv)(lv)料時(shi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)懸浮物(wu)由于吸附和機械阻流作用被濾(lv)(lv)層表面截(jie)留下來;當水(shui)(shui)(shui)流進濾(lv)(lv)層中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間時(shi),由于濾(lv)(lv)料層中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的砂粒排列的更(geng)緊密,使水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)微(wei)粒有更(geng)多的機會與(yu)砂粒碰撞,于是水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)凝絮(xu)物(wu)、懸浮物(wu)和砂粒表面相互粘附,水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)雜質截(jie)留在濾(lv)(lv)料層中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),從而得到澄(cheng)清的水(shui)(shui)(shui)質。經過濾(lv)(lv)后的出水(shui)(shui)(shui)懸浮物(wu)可在5毫克/升以下。新(xin)疆過濾(lv)(lv)設(she)備
